I have never liked dentists. I was very nervous about going but I needed a tooth fixed, I went in expecting to be treated like another pay check but was very surprised and pleased when the staff treated me like a human. I have extreme anxiety when going to the dentist and after only a few minutes I felt better and more relaxed, everyone is very up front about what they are doing and why they are doing it, always asking about comfort and making sure you experience no pain no matter what they do. Loved all the staff here and Dr Anderson was simply delightful. Gina was very kind and understanding and genuinely wanted to get to know me. I will definitely be much more relaxed on my next visit and will be recommending them to anyone who needs a new dentist!

Dr. Steve Anderson is Great... we are so lucky to have such a caring, fabulous dentist here in Sandpoint.
I was fortunate to meet Steve and his wonderful wife, Laurie (amazing dental practitioner, herself) soon after they moved here and consider them friends, also. Absolutely can't say enough good things about them!

Very professional yet personable, everyone was friendly and very thorough, listened very well to my personal medical issues and gave me suggestions that could help, I couldn’t have asked for a better hygienist did a great job and showed real compassion with my sensitive oral care, the Dr. Anderson was very personable and explain the approach to my needs and gave me options, which was really nice to have choices, I don’t personally like going to have dental work and it creates anxiety for me but, it doesn't get any better than here , from the office personal, hygienist, to the Dentist, all 5 star! Actually looking forward to getting my oral care and new smile

Had two teeth prepped for crowns today. Excellent work. Very friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Anderson is very friendly and genuinely cares about your wellbeing and makes every effort to be gentle. Had some discomfort on one tooth, but it was inevitable being so close to the nerve I imagine.

Complements to the lady who administered the shots to numb my lower jaw. She was very gentle and it was as pain free as i have experienced! That has not always been my experience with other dentists I've gone to. It can be one of the intimidating aspects of going to the dentist. Bravo.

I would highly recommend him to any family or friends. A truly honorable man and an excellent dentist. He has managed to put together a staff of genuinely loving hygienist and back office personnel.
